I was a part of team specialising in designing seamless omni-channel retail strategies for clients trying to expand into either physical or online domain.
The process started with a design research involving in depth understanding of the project from perspective of different stakeholders. A set of goals and constraints was derived after days of research, interviews and workshops.
After horizontal brainstorming, a set of ideal journeys was derived. Feasibility of each installation was assessed with software and hardware teams. Based on the budget and space restrictions, installations were laid out in the space, concluding the concept design process.
Some of the projects are currently in implementation phase.
